Is there a standard FM or any other way - to get an indication that the message is restarted/running in reprocess mode. Something like FM - /AIF/FILE_GET_GLOBALS which gives whether it is a test run or not.

Hi,
I was under the impression that AIF was delivered as part of core SAP as of release 1511. But, I can't find it in SPRO.
I was going through the Master Install Guide and it states that we have to download AIF and install it separately.
Is that correct?
